If your fabric arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@beautifulwindowselgin.com within 15 days of delivery, and include a digital image of the damage for prompt review. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed promptly. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper, though many refunds are completed sooner. This timeline includes 5–10 business days for the return to reach us, 3–5 business days for inspection and processing, and 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.
