Ordering, Payment & Confirmation

Order Confirmation

Once payment for your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a complete summary. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
Processing begins within hours of receiving your order, and once fabric is cut, modifications may not be possible.

To expedite your order, please have the fabric or curtain name ready.


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

  • Checks & Money Orders: in U.S. funds

  • Wire Transfers: available for orders over $500

Orders paid by check are held for approximately 10 days (or until the check clears).
Returned checks will incur a $25 fee, as permitted by law.
We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery).

Registered customers may securely save card details for future orders by checking the “Save My Credit Card Information” box during checkout.


International Orders

First-time international customers may be required to fax a copy of their credit card and a signed authorization letter.
If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please contact us for transfer details.


Credit Card Authorization & Verification

All online orders are subject to verification. Ensure that your billing information exactly matches your card-issuing bank’s records to prevent delays.

Authorization Holds: When you place an order, your bank may show a pending charge. This is a temporary hold.
If your order is canceled, the hold will be released within 3–7 days according to your bank’s policy.

Debit Card Declines: Many banks have daily purchase limits. Contact your bank if your transaction is declined—they may authorize a one-time higher limit.


Sales Tax Information

Beautiful Windows Fabric & Curtains complies with all applicable state tax regulations.
Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied to all non-exempt orders shipped to or picked up in taxable states.

Residents of other states may be required to file a use-tax return for out-of-state purchases. Check your state’s Department of Revenue website for compliance details.

Tax-Exempt Orders

To qualify, you must:

  1. Register for an account.

  2. Provide a valid business license.

  3. Maintain your Sales Tax Exemption Certificates with us.


Backorders

Domestic Orders:

  • Items backordered ≤ 5 days: the order is held and shipped complete.

  • Items backordered > 5 days: in-stock items ship immediately; backorders follow separately at no extra shipping cost.

  • Fabric samples are not backordered.

International Orders:

  • Orders are held up to 7 days to ship complete.

  • If a delay exceeds 7 days, we may either hold or remove the item(s) upon your request and suggest suitable substitutes.


Fabric Samples

Yes, samples are available for purchase.
Swatches usually ship within 1 business day and arrive within 5 business days.
Due to monitor and printing variations, colors may differ slightly.
If exact color matching is essential, order one yard first to confirm before purchasing in bulk.


Special Orders

We can produce custom curtains, including extra-long or extra-wide door panels.
For blackout or lining options, our fabrics can achieve 95 %–100 % light blocking.

Order Modifications

To modify details (e.g., size, lining, header style), contact our customer service immediately:

Changes can only be made before the order enters processing. Once shipped, no further changes are possible.


Price Adjustments

Approved price adjustments will be refunded or charged to your original payment method.
No changes can be made after shipment.


Coupon or Promo Code Errors

If you entered the wrong promo code at checkout, email info@beautifulwindowselgins.com or use Live Chat.
Provide:

  • Your email address

  • Wrong code used

  • Correct code to apply

We’ll verify and refund the difference if the new code is valid.


Payment or Checkout Issues

If you experience issues completing a purchase:
