As our fabrics are custom cut to order, changes may not be possible once production begins.
🚚 Curtain Delivery Timeline
Curtain orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 3 to 6 weeks, with delivery typically occurring within five business days of shipment. Most of our clients receive their custom curtains within three weeks of placing an order. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, such as holidays, we appreciate your patience as delivery may extend to four weeks.
If there are any delays due to fabric availability or customs inspections, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Swatches and sample fabrics are typically delivered within 7 days of ordering.

Home décor fabrics and curtain linings ship within 24 hours of order placement.
📦 Shipping & Delivery Requirements

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses—please provide a complete physical address during checkout.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security and proof of receipt.

If no one is available to sign after three delivery attempts, or if the package is not collected from the carrier’s depot, the shipment will be returned to sender. Please note we do not cover the cost of return or refund in such cases, so we kindly ask that you accept delivery within the carrier’s timeframe.
