Reliable Nationwide & International Shipping for Fabrics and Custom Drapery.

Beautiful Windows Elgin ships all orders through UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure fast, safe, and trackable delivery. We do not accept third-party billing or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer UPS and USPS shipping options for all orders across the United States. At Beautiful Windows Elgin, each order is prepared with care and shipped securely. While we do not offer free shipping, charges are calculated based on your location and order details, ensuring the most reliable delivery option for your handcrafted pieces.

UPS Shipping (Ground)

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

UPS Package Limits:

  • Weight up to 150 lbs.

  • Maximum 108" length

  • Maximum 165" in length + Width

Delivery Speeds:

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (5–7 days for Alaska & Hawaii)

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the second business day

  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery next business day (by 10:30am, 12pm, or end of day depending on destination)

USPS Shipping (First Class & Priority Mail)

USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

USPS Package Limits:

  • Maximum weight: 70 lbs.

  • Maximum length + width + height: 108 inches

Delivery Speeds:

  • Priority Mail: 3–10 business days

  • First Class Mail: Up to 2 weeks

  • Delivers Monday–Saturday

USPS offers limited tracking visibility compared to UPS.

Shipping Charges

All shipping methods and real-time rates are displayed at checkout before entering payment information. Charges depend on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Shipping Restrictions (Important)

Certain products cannot ship through all carriers.

Flammable/Restricted Items:

  • Only shipped via UPS Ground

  • Cannot be shipped through USPS, air services, or APO/FPO

  • Marked as "flammable" on product pages

Lithium-Ion Battery Items:

  • Cannot ship via USPS

  • Must ship through UPS

  • Marked accordingly on product pages

Estimated Processing & Ship Dates

  • In-stock fabric orders: Ship within 1–2 business days

  • “Our custom window curtains panels are handcrafted to exact measurements and require up four to six weeks for production. Throughout this process, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you can anticipate the arrival of your pieces with confidence and excitement.”

  • Out-of-stock items: If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email with the expected restock date. At your request, we can place the item on backorder to ensure it ships as soon as it becomes available. If you prefer not to wait, we will process a full refund promptly.

Air shipment cutoff:
Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same business day.
Air transit time counts Monday–Friday only.

Delivery Time Estimates

Shipping carriers currently experience occasional delays due to high volume and suspended time-in-transit guarantees.

UPS

  • Ground: 1–5 business days (longer for AK/HI)

  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

  • Next Day Air: Next business day

USPS

  • Priority Mail: 3–10 business days

  • First Class Mail: Up to 14 days

U.S. Territories Shipping

We ship to:
American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Northern Mariana Islands.

How to Enter Your Address Correctly:

  • UPS Shipments: Set the country to your territory

  • USPS Shipments: Set the state to your territory and country to the United States

If your order exceeds USPS weight limits, split into multiple orders or contact us for assistance.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, including Canada, the UK, and Europe.

UPS International Services:

  • Worldwide Express: 1–3 business days

  • Worldwide Expedited: 2–5 business days

  • Brokerage fees included in the shipping rate

USPS International:

  • Delivery typically 7–14 business days

  • Weight/size limits vary by country

Beautiful Windows Elgin charges only for the order and shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for:

UK Customer Shipping Information

  • All orders are cut-to-measure and prepared with care before dispatch
