If a specific fabric is out of stock, customers will be notified with an estimated restocking date. Backordered and special-order fabrics are shipped directly from the fabric mill via UPS, typically within 3–10 business days after the mill receives the fabric. Returns Policy

If your fabric arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@beautifulwindowselgin.com within 15 days of delivery, and include a digital image of the damage for prompt review. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed promptly. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper, though many refunds are completed sooner. This timeline includes 5–10 business days for the return to reach us, 3–5 business days for inspection and processing, and 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund. To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, navigate to the “Complete Orders” section under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
