| Shipping | Drapery ships to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses via USPS or UPS. USPS delivers to PO Boxes but not on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, Monday through Friday. All product shipments take 5-21 business days to arrive. |
| Taxes & Duties | Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government. Both UPS and USPS collect applicable import duties and taxes during checkout, so no extra fees are needed upon delivery. |

For lost packages, there is a 12-14 business day waiting period before a replacement order can be processed. Undeliverable packages incur a $30.00 re-delivery fee. We are not responsible for weather-related delays

All prices are listed per yard (36 inches = 1 yard)
All sales are final—please review your selections carefully before placing your order. If a specific fabric is out of stock, customers will be notified with an estimated restocking date. Backordered and special-order fabrics are shipped directly from the fabric mill via UPS, typically within 3–10 business days after the mill receives the fabric. Orders for in-stock yardage are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. We also offer seasonal coupons that can be redeemed at checkout. Return & Refund Policy
xReturns Policy
If your fabric arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@beautifulwindowselgin.com within 15 days of delivery, and include a digital image of the damage for prompt review. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed promptly. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper, though many refunds are completed sooner. This timeline includes 5–10 business days for the return to reach us, 3–5 business days for inspection and processing, and 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund. To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, navigate to the “Complete Orders” section under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.
Shipping Information
xAt Beautiful Windows Elgin, all orders are processed through our distribution center in Columbia, South Carolina, and we proudly ship nationwide across the United States. In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of your order and the distance to your shipping destination, in accordance with UPS shipping policies. The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. You’ll have the opportunity to view and select your preferred shipping method and cost by entering your ZIP code and clicking “Recalculate” in your shopping cart.
