United States: Import duties and taxes are included in our product prices. No additional charges upon delivery.
International Shipments: For orders shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and other European countries, import duties and taxes are not included in product pricing. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are to be paid directly by the buyer upon delivery.
Tip: We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.
All orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking provided once dispatched.

Yes, we do to ship to P.O. Box addresses—but customer have to provide a valid street address at checkout.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
USPS will attempt delivery three times. If no one is available or the package is not picked up from the depot, the shipment will be returned to us. Return shipping or refund costs in these cases are not covered by us.
If your order is delayed due to fabric availability or customs inspections, we will notify you promptly and provide updates throughout the process.
