USPS delivers to PO Boxes but not on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, and ground shipments take 1-7 business days to arrive. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government. UPS i-Parcel collects applicable import duties and taxes during checkout, so no extra fees are needed upon delivery. For lost packages, there is a 12-14 business day waiting period before a replacement order can be processed. Undeliverable packages incur a $30.00 re-delivery fee.
