All orders are shipped within 24 hours after we receive your purchase. Fabrics are shipped to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses via USPS or UPS. International shipments are handled through UPS i-Parcel. USPS delivers to PO Boxes, though not on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Most orders are processed within hours, Monday through Friday, with ground shipping requiring 1-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are determined by the local government. UPS i-Parcel collects applicable import duties and taxes during checkout, the need for additional fees upon delivery. For lost packages, a waiting period of 14 business days is required before processing a replacement order. Undeliverable packages are subject to a $30.00 re-delivery fee.
